Mein Raum: The paid area of the Mymantra App offers personal mantras, a chat with the virtual companion Amaya, all soundscapes, longer rituals, as well as favourites and history.
Mymantra is a self-care and ritual tool. Its content does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
§ 3Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services does not constitute a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the user completes the checkout process ("Order now" or equivalent button) and the Provider confirms the order by e-mail.
§ 4Prices & Payment
Current prices are available at mymantra.life/pricing. The following currently applies:
- Monthly subscription "Mein Raum": €9.00 per month (incl. statutory VAT)
- Annual subscription "Mein Raum": €59.00 per year (incl. statutory VAT)
All prices are final prices inclusive of tax. Payment is processed via Stripe by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. An invoice is automatically sent by e-mail after each payment.
§ 5Duration, Automatic Renewal & Cancellation
Monthly subscription: The term is one month from the date the contract is concluded. The subscription renews automatically by one further month each time, unless cancelled before the end of the current term.
Annual subscription: The initial term is twelve months. After the initial term, the contract renews automatically for an indefinite period and may thereafter be cancelled at any time with one month's notice (in accordance with the Act on Fair Consumer Contracts, § 309 No. 9 BGB).
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via the "Manage subscription" button in your account (cancellation button pursuant to § 312k BGB). Alternatively, an informal e-mail to worqboutique@gmail.com is sufficient. After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
§ 6Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date the contract is concluded (§ 355 BGB). A clear declaration by e-mail to worqboutique@gmail.com is sufficient to exercise this right.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content: For contracts concerning the provision of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires if the user has expressly agreed that performance of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period and has simultaneously confirmed that they will thereby lose their right of withdrawal (§ 356 para. 5 BGB). This consent is expressly requested during checkout.
§ 7Rights of Use
Upon conclusion of the subscription, the user receives a simple, non-transferable right to use Mymantra for private, non-commercial purposes. Sharing account credentials with third parties is not permitted.
The mantras displayed and generated in Mymantra may be shared personally, including in social media posts with attribution. Systematic reproduction for commercial purposes requires our written consent.
§ 8User Obligations
The user is obliged to provide truthful information during registration and to keep their access credentials confidential. Misuse of AI functions (e.g. to generate unlawful, offensive, or harmful content) is prohibited.
§ 9Availability
The Provider aims for an average annual availability of 99%. Short maintenance windows and outages due to force majeure are excluded from this figure.
§ 10Liability
Mymantra is a self-care tool and does not replace therapeutic, medical, or psychological advice.
The Provider is fully liable for intentional acts and gross negligence, as well as for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. In cases of simple negligence, the Provider is liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Any further liability is excluded.
§ 11Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
§ 12Amendments to the Terms
The Provider is entitled to amend these Terms with six weeks' notice by e-mail. If the user does not object to the amended terms within this period, they are deemed accepted. The right to object will be specifically highlighted in the amendment notice.
§ 13Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The Provider is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 14Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, Berlin is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
