Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel with one click in the settings under "My Room". There is no minimum term and no hotline. Your access remains until the end of the paid period.

What happens to my mantras after cancellation?

Your personal mantras and favorites remain yours. After your paid period ends, you can still export or delete them. You can create new personal mantras again as soon as you open the room again.

Which payment methods are available?

Accepted Answer

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Processing is handled securely via Stripe, we do not store any card data.

Is there a free trial period?

The Daily Mantra on the homepage is and remains free for everyone, without registration. My Room with personal mantras, Amaya chat and all soundscapes is paid from day one, but without ads and without tracking.

Are taxes included?

Yes. All prices include statutory VAT. You will automatically receive an invoice via email after each payment.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime. In the month of the change, we bill on a pro-rata basis. You save €40 in the annual plan compared to the monthly price.

Do I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After each payment, you will automatically receive a PDF invoice via email. You can also find old invoices in your Stripe Billing Portal.

What is included in the Daily Mantra, and what is not?

Accepted Answer

You get the Daily Mantra every day for free on the homepage, including a break timer and one soundscape (silence). Personal mantras, favorites, Amaya chat and all other soundscapes are available in My Room.
